Molding & Reveal Considerations

PSI Wall Panel Systems offer reveals from 1/16” to 1”.

• PSI 310 System offers a reveal of 1/16”, the minimum recommended reveal for laminate panels
• 310EB allows for a ¼”reveal with a coordinating or contrasting reveal edge color option; 310EB utilizes a 3mm edge banding that is available in a variety of color options.
• PSI’s 410 panel systems offers a 1” reveal utilizing PSI’s 412 divider molding; a coordinating or contrasting reveal insert is optional.

Moldings are available in durable powder coating and anodized finishes, 90° & 135° corner moldings can also be clad with HPDL.

• 304 Base & cap molding recommended for all systems
• 304A Door, window trim & cap molding recommended for all systems
• 412 Divider molding recommended for PSI 410 System
• 103L-90° and 103L-135° recommended for all systems
• 304-90 End cap recommend for 90° base and wainscot cap
• 402 Divider molding available for use with PSI tack board panels
• 305 Cap molding available for use with PSI magnetic marker boards, media board and resilient tack board panels.
