Conditional Warranty

Panel Specialists, Inc. (PSI) warrants any product it has manufactured and sold against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of original purchase and acceptance for use. PSI’s Alfit drawers have a lifetime warranty on the drawer and slide.

PSI’s warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1. This warranty extends to products assembled / installed and used in the manner intended and does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse or abuse.
2. This warranty is extended to the original using institution or agency only and is not transferable or assignable.
3. Panel Specialists, Inc. retains the options of repairing any defects at the installation site or at its factory in Temple, Texas, or replacing the defective item with a new or remanufactured similar item.
4. Panel Specialists, Inc. does not assume liability for packaging or incoming or outgoing freight costs incurred incidental to shipment of a defective item to its factory in Temple, Texas, nor for costs incurred in removing or reinstalling items covered by this warrant, nor for repair or replacement costs which are found to have been caused by misuse or abuse, for all of which charges may be made.
5. The original warranty will not be extended by any such repair or replacement, but the remaining warranty period will continue in effect.

This warranty is issued in lieu of all other warranties and Panel Specialists, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any person or company to assume for it any other warranty liability either expressed or implied.
